| This proposition authorizes the City of San Antonio to issue bonds, the proceeds from which will be used to acquire, construct, improve, renovate and equip library facilities or other learning center facilities. This proposition also would allow for the acquisition of lands and rights of way necessary to accomplish such purposes. |

general public in coordination with leveraged funding from North East
Independent School District.
