Mr. Zanoni was appointed Deputy City Manager in November 2012. Mr. Zanoni currently has oversight of the Pre-K 4 SA program, the Office of Management & Budget, the Solid Waste Management Department, Capital Improvement Management Services, and Public Works. He has spent over seventeen years in municipal government including the last fifteen years with the City of San Antonio. Prior to his recent appointment as Deputy City Manager, his role with the City included holding the positions of Assistant City Manager and Director of the Office of Management & Budget. Mr. Zanoni has had oversight over important community-wide efforts such as the 2012-2017 Bond Program and the Pre-K 4 SA Initiative. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Jacksonville University.
