Renovations to Existing Parking Garage 

at San Antonio International Airport

This package is the second of three packages to be let for this renovations project.  Package 1, included upgrading the electrical and lighting in the garage.  Package 1 was completed in April 2004. 

Package 2 included repairs to the concrete short-term parking garage structure, concrete decks and masonry surfaces.  The firm of Restek, Inc. was selected to complete the work in this package.

Package 3 includes repairs to masonry walls at garage elevator to Terminal 1; selective demolition of structural steel framing and miscellaneous masonry and construction of a new steel framed roof between the Short Term Parking Garage and Terminal 1 at the lower level access tunnel.  A contract in the amount of $203,000 was awarded to the firm of 3TI, Inc.
