Upcoming Airport Project 

New Parking Facility

• Estimated Bid Date: Second Quarter 2005
• Estimated Construction Cost: $35 million to $42 million
   

The new parking facility will provide 3,000 new parking spaces on five levels of pre-cast structure.  Related construction includes underground utilities and relocation of existing utilities, two (2) pedestrian walkways, lighting, and signage.

The subcontracting opportunities on this project include demolition of existing pavements and utilities, excavation and hauling, underground utilities, pier drilling, concrete supply, placement, and finishing, pre-cast concrete erection, and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
