The Cevallos Lofts is a $39 million development consisting of 252 mixed-income apartments and $3,626,925 in public incentives. The development opened January 2012.
The 1010 on S Flores is a $7.5 million development with 56 market-rate apartments. The development received $727,789 in City incentives and $358,325 in public improvements. The development opened October 2013.
Ogden Modern is a development in Tobin Hill featuring 11 single-family, for-sale units near downtown San Antonio. The project represents $1.6 million in investment and $142,050 in public incentives. The project is now complete.
The 1221 Broadway is a $46 million mixed-use development located in River North in District 2. The project consists of 309 market-rate apartments, 12,161 square feet of retail, and 64,296 square feet of commercial office space. The project also includes $2 million in public improvements and $3,463,209 in incentives. Construction was complete in summer 2011. Additional residences are under construction.
The Steel House Lofts is a $12.5 million mixed-use development consisting of 69 market-rate apartments, 2,500 square feet of commercial office space and $719,962 in public improvements. The development received $1,553,584 in public incentives. Construction was completed in fall 2012.
The 1800 Broadway project is a $29 million multi-family housing development located on Broadway in District 2. The project consists of 221 market rate housing units and 4,800-6,800 square feet of retail/commercial space and includes $855,891 in public improvements. Construction commenced in late 2011 and concluded in summer 2013.
The Pearl Parkway North and South is a $35 million mixed-use development consisting of residential and retail space in the Pearl Brewery located in District 2. The project consists of 82 market-rate housing units, 42,581 square feet of ground floor retail space and 44,245 square feet of office space on the two floors above. The project will add 221 office jobs and 229 restaurant and retail jobs. Construction commenced in fall 2011 and opened in 2013.
The Mosaic is a $22 million multi-family housing development consisting of 108 market rate apartment units with 12 1-bedroom affordable units located in District 2. The project includes 12,000 square feet of commercial space and approximately $294,262 in public improvements. The project commenced construction in fall 2011 and opened late 2013.
The Pearl Can Plant Residences are a $40 million development consisting of 293 market-rate apartments and 25,425 square feet of retail space. The development includes $4,636,382 in public incentives and represents $624,078 in public improvements. Phase I opened in July 2012 and Phase II & III opened in fall 2012.
The ButterKrust Bakery is a $23.2 million and 108,000 square foot development generating 125 jobs. The development received $2,688,150 in public incentives and represents $1,511,150 in public improvements. The building opened in early 2012.
The Camden Medical Center is a $5.7 million expansion with 22,000 square feet of medical office space located in District 1. The medical office provides outpatient diagnostic and treatment services as well as a state of the art research facility. The medical center retained 45 jobs and created 40 new jobs in the center city. The center opened in early May 2012.
The Methodist Metropolitan Expansion is a $53,165 project creating 40 new jobs. The project received $2,614,214 in public incentives and opened in early 2012.
The Hughes Warehouse is a $4 million renovation of a 26,755 square foot warehouse for multi-tenant office space. The renovation received $2,614,214 in public incentives and opened in late 2012.
The San Antonio Brownfields Program provided $2,750 to Dress for Success, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides resources for women, for a Phase I Environmental Assessment. The organization opened at its new location in January 2013.
