Travelers: Don't wait! Renew your Passport now! The Office of the City Clerk Hosts Passport and Vital Records Day on Saturday, August 19, 2017 – Walk-Ins Are Always Welcomed!

SAN ANTONIO – Office of the City Clerk will host a passport and Vital Records Day from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at  Municipal Archives & Records Facility at 719 S. Santa Rosa. This Passport and Vital Records Day provides the opportunity to apply for or renew a Passport on a Saturday.

Children's passports are only valid for five years and children must appear with both parents or guardians to apply for a passport.  Passport photographs are available at an additional cost as well as free parking at the Santa Rosa Street location.

The Vital Records Office also located in the same building, will be open during the same hours for individuals/families needing a Certified Birth Certificate or Death Certificate. 

If you are unable to attend Passport and Vital Records Day, the Office of the City Clerk can assist individuals Monday through Friday 8 a.m. through 4:30 p.m.  Walk-ins are always welcomed.
