Volaris Announces New Flight to Mexico City from San Antonio International Airport

SAN ANTONIO (September 18, 2017
) Volaris, the ultra-low-cost Mexico-based airline, welcomed its first passengers for the inaugural flight to Mexico City. This new two-hour nonstop flight will be offered seven days a week.  

“At Volaris, we are thrilled to add our second nonstop route to San Antonio. Mexico City and San Antonio share a common culture and history, and the addition of this new route further strengthens our commitment to our Visiting Friends and Relatives (VFR) audience in one of the most important cities in Texas,” said Miguel Aguiñiga, Director of Market Development for Volaris. 

San Antonio enjoys a robust business and leisure travel market with all of Mexico.
