In 2007, the City of San Antonio contracted with the Cultural Policy Institute of the University of Texas at San Antonio to conduct a city-wide community survey in January/February of 2008. The overall purpose of the Community survey was to identify residents’ satisfaction with City services. The information will be used to identify areas for improvement. The survey was conducted in both English and Spanish by telephone.

The Executive Summary outlines the major findings of the survey, of those respondents that provided an opinion. The complete survey results are available by clicking on the Demographics and Tabulations link below. The survey results can also be reviewed at any City library in both English and Spanish.
