One of the City of San Antonio's highest priorities is to promote and deliver quality customer services and programs.

The Office of Customer Service/311 is charged with making services convenient and accessible and attempts to accomplish this task with a 24-hour/7-day a week customer call center and conveniently-located customer service centers. A speakers bureau also is available to bring City experts to your organization to discuss issues and inform and educate citizens about all of the important programs and services the City provides. Finally, a volunteer cadre of City employees is ready to step in to help the community in times of need.

City employees are guided by the Customer First philosophy that promises "to deliver exceptional service citizens can trust."

On-going customer service training programs, decentralization of many often-used services, and technology are allowing the City to continue to improve customer service.  Learn how to utilize many of these customer service initiatives to help you take care of important tasks.
