About Us
One of the City of San Antonio's highest priorities is to promote and deliver quality customer services and programs.

The Office of Customer Service/311 is charged with making services convenient and accessible and attempts to accomplish this task through:
New, online service requests are available.
A volunteer cadre of City employees is ready to step in to help the community in times of need.
Customer friendly call center available 7:00 am to 11:00 pm
Monday through Sunday including Holidays.
