Vendors who are interested in selling novelty items on the River Walk at one of the six designated stationary sites will have the opportunity to participate in a lottery drawing process on Thursday, November 15, at 9:30 a.m. in the Central Library Auditorium, 600 Soledad. To participate in the lottery, vendors must complete an application and other necessary requirements. An informational session to provide an overview of the program will be held on Wednesday, October 3 at 9:30 a.m. in the Central Library Auditorium.
Vendors can obtain an application starting Wednesday, October 3, following the informational meeting. All vendors interested in participating in the lottery to sell novelty items on the River Walk at one of the six stationary sites on the River Walk must apply. Applications will be available at the Downtown Operations Department located on 400 N. St. Mary's St., Suite 100, Monday through Friday (except holidays) until 4 p.m. or accessed at the Downtown Operations website. Applications will only be accepted beginning Tuesday, October 9 at 8 a.m. through Thursday, November 8 by 4 p.m.
