An expanded Fitness in the Park schedule offers more opportunities for people of all ages to get active and fit.
New offerings across the city include Fitness Boot Camps led by San Antonio Parks and Recreation instructors, Kid Fit SA!, for youth ages 8 to 14, Family Friendly Yoga, Learn and Burn, Kickboxing and Athletic Conditioning. Additional Zumba classes and new walking groups also have been added. Other classes include Kettle Bell Conditioning, Pilates, Kickboxing and Circuit Training.
