They offer a variety of childcare options to meet the individual needs of families caring for a child with developmental disabilities and complex medical conditions. Services range from a full-time developmental daycare center to part-time childcare options located throughout San Antonio. Avenida Guadalupe – Promesa Project
The City provided $500,000 in CDBG funds as gap financing for the construction of a 15,600 sq. ft. building in the Guadalupe business district. Large windows and enhanced design features make this an excellent location for corporate offices. Flexible space design and finish-out allowances also provide wide range of possible uses for businesses wanting to be located in the Promesa building. The Promesa building is the last piece of an extensive and innovative economic development initiative to revitalize the community valued at over $4 million. The project completed in September 2013.
