Local Teens to Highlight Latest Local Teen Pregnancy Data
on National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy
WHAT: Despite progress during the past decade, Bexar County’s rate of births to females ages 15 to 17 is still nearly 81% higher than the national rate. Elected officials will share their thoughts as local teens highlight key data from the 2008 Teen Pregnancy Report, the latest comparable statistics available.
