The school nurse liaison will consult with school districts in the development of consistent and effective public health policies. This position is also responsible for coordinating the delivery of public health information and updates to school districts and childcare facilities. This innovative position within Metro Health will develop partnerships that can be used to address many of the major public health challenges today and in the future.
