Are You Ready to Take Your Employees to the Next Level?
Worksite Wellness Forum provides opportunity to learn from local leaders
Employers who are looking for ways to support healthy behaviors and implement a culture of wellness within their businesses are encouraged to bring their creativity, networking abilities, and note taking skills to Metro Health’s Worksite Wellness Forum. The free event is scheduled for Thursday, June 17, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at NuStar Energy, 2330 North Loop 1604 West.
Representatives from dozens of companies will attend the forum to receive tips and advice on Building a Healthier Workforce through Culture and Motivation. They will hear from two presenters: Dr. Peter Wald who serves as the vice president enterprise medical director at USAA and Michelle Thomas, the employee wellness program manager for the City of San Antonio.
The forum schedule is as follows:
Registration: 8:00 – 8:30 a.m.
Program: 8:30 – 11:00 a.m.
Networking: 11:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Metro Health's Population-based Services Division organizes the semi-annual forums with the assistance of the San Antonio Worksite Wellness Task Force.
