Mobile Food Vending License - San Antonio

Mobile Food Vendors must call 210.207.8853 or 210.207.0135 to schedule a mobile unit inspection.

Farmers markets $77.25 License for people who want to sell packaged and labeled products at a legally licensed facility such as a; flea market, farmers market or trade show.
Mobile courts $226.60 A piece of property that has been paved with running water and restroom that is managed by the owner operator of the mobile food court whom will allow vendors to sell on that property.
Farmers market monthly fee $46.35 License purchased on a monthly basis valid for 1 month and used 1 day per week per month. Allows vendor to sell packaged and non packaged food products of nay type. Vendors can purchase this license for multiple months at a time.
Pre-packaged or unpackaged, non-potentially hazardous food fee
$103.00 A permit for the sale of pre-packaged or unpackaged, non-potentially hazardous food by peddling afoot, from a pushcart, from a vehicle, or from a trailer.
Pre-packaged potentially hazardous food fee
$206.00 A permit for the sale of pre-packaged potentially hazardous food from a pushcart, from a vehicle, or from a trailer.
