Suggest a name for your new branch library!
The Board of Trustees of the San Antonio Public Library is seeking community input on a name for the new branch library to be located at 7938 W. Hausman Road at the intersection with Woller Road, serving Council District 8.
The library may be named as a memorial for a deceased leader; for a San Antonian who has distinguished himself or herself in public service, education, literature, library service, or the world of ideas; or for San Antonians whose names, publications, reputations, or public service reflect credit on the library system;
The library may also be named after a geographical site such as a nearby park, creek, street, or neighborhood. The Library Board may also elect to dedicate the library, or spaces such as meeting rooms inside the library, to an individual or group.
