PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT, TECHNICAL PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT PERSONNEL BID
The City of San Antonio celebrates the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. annually with a variety of public events that occur surrounding the third Monday in January each year. Several of these events require professional grade production equipment and services to support that particular event. This is an invitation for parties interested in providing a complete package of production management, technical production equipment and support personnel (as a general contractor) for the following:
- MLK Wreath Laying Ceremony
- MLK Pre-march Opening Program
- MLK March Commemorative Program

The San Antonio Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission is currently accepting booth applications for the 2017 Commemorative Program, to be held on Monday, January, 16, 2017 at Pittman-Sullivan Park.
Food Booth Applications DEADLINE: Monday, October 31, 2016
Informational Booth Applications DEADLINE: Saturday, January 7, 2017
The MLK Commission is going “green”. In order to make this effort a success we are asking all vendors to either use recyclable materials or utilize other “green” practices like double-sided or black & white printing.
