Summer Programs

The long, lazy days of summer means lots of fun for kids. But they also represent a perfect opportunity for exploring new activities, learning new sports, developing friendships, and growing. Youngsters can do that by participating in the Parks and Recreation Department's Summer Youth Program. We also offer a Summer Food Program that helps make sure youngsters who get assistance with lunch during the school year continue to get that important nutritional meal during the summer. If you're looking for an affordable, nurturing program for your kids over the summer, you've come to the right place.
