SAN ANTONIO (Aug. 20, 2014)—The Alamo Plaza Advisory Committee invites the public to the upcoming community input meeting from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, Room 103 (200 E Market St.). Residents are invited to comment and provide feedback on the draft vision, guiding principles, themes and goals for Alamo Plaza outlined by the committee. Parking at the Marina Garage (41 Bowie Street) will be free after 5 p.m. as part of Downtown Tuesday, which offers free parking at city-operated parking garages, parking lots and parking meters from 5 p.m.-2 a.m. every Tuesday.
Residents who wish to provide feedback but are unable to attend the meeting are encouraged to submit comments on the City of San Antonio’s Center City Development & Operations Department website. Questions and comments submitted between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 26 will be accepted for consideration.
