Services : Provide diagnostic and remedial services needed by children with hearing loss who are Medicaid eligible or whose family income is below 150% federal poverty guideline. Provides 2 hearing aids for children less than 4 who are in an educational program; children who are deaf/blind; or children whose fitting w. hearing aid can be educationally justified by audiologist or otologist. Services are for children who have a hearing loss that is permanent. This program does not cover treatment for conductive hearing loss cause by middle ear problems
