The Tactical Support Division, commanded by Deputy Chief Jeff Humphrey (e-mail), has the administrative responsibilities for the Traffic Section and the Homeland Security Emergency Operations Section (including the Special Operations Unit). These are the sections that respond to all critical incidents, unusual incidents, and special events, and provide traffic control and enforcement.
