Citizens may address the Council on Wedensday or Thursday by registering:

Services Given Picture Wednesday - Citizens to be Heard: Citizens to be Heard allows citizen input on any City items or issues. Citizens must register prior to 6:00pm (unless otherwise indicated for a Special Meeting). Registration Desk will be managed between 4:00p - 6:00p for in-person registration. Citizens will be given three minutes to speak.

Groups consisting of three or more citizens will be allotted nine minutes total to address the council on any one item.

Citizens wishing to be part of the Citizens to be Heard portion of the agenda can register online using a link that is available on this page on the day of City Council Work Session Days. Link is available from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Thursday - Individual Consideration and Consent items: Citizens must sign the appropriate sign-in sheet for these items prior to 9:00 a.m. Each citizen will have three minutes to speak on one or multiple agenda items.

Thursday - Time-Certain items and public hearings: Citizens must sign the appropriate sign-in sheet for a time-certain item prior to its posted time of consideration. Citizens will be given three minutes to speak.

Written testimony in support of or in opposition to an agenda item may be submitted to the City Clerk in lieu of verbal testimony. Written testimony must abide by appropriate registration deadlines and may or may not be read aloud. Testimony forms are available in the Office of the City Clerk or Written Testimony Online.
