Administrative and Financial Services Division
The Administrative and Financial Services Division of the City Attorney's Office is located at City Hall and is led by Deputy City Attorney Bernadette McKay. This division provides legal advice and services to: City Auditor's Office; Finance; Fire/EMS; Fleet Services Division of Public Works; Human Resources, including Employee Benefits, Risk Management and Office of Municipal Integrity; Office of Management & Budget; Police; and Purchasing and General Services.
