Community Services Division

The Community Services Division of the City Attorney's Office is located at City Hall and is led by Deputy City Attorney Hollis Young. This division assists the following City departments and offices: Parks & Recreation, Downtown Operations, Library, Community Initiatives, Grants Monitoring and Administration, Housing & Neighborhood Services, the Health Department and Animal Care Services. In addition, this division advises City staff on legal issues related to the San Antonio Housing Authority, San Antonio Development Agency, and the San Antonio Housing Trust.
