The Development Services Division of the City Attorney's Office is located at City Hall and is led by Deputy City Attorney Norbert Hart. This division provides advice and performs legal services for the following City departments and offices: Asset Management, Information Technology Services, Code Compliance, Planning, Development Service, Public Works, Environmental Services, Parking, Vested Rights & Zoning.
