Prosecution Division

The Prosecution Division of the City Attorney's Office is led by Deputy City Attorney Jose Nino. This division is located in the Frank D. Wing facility at 401 South Frio St. & is responsible for prosecuting misdemeanor offenses in Municipal court.  This division prosecutes code compliance violations, traffic offenses, certain juvenile & family violence offenses.  Lawyers work closely with the Police Department, Park & Airport Police, Code Compliance Officers & the Health Department to enforce the City's regulations and make the City a safer, cleaner community..
