The City of San Antonio offers out-of-cycle collection of brush and bulky items. If you missed your scheduled brush collection cycle or just need a personal collection, call 311 to request a House Call, an inexpensive and valuable service to remove these items from the front of your house.

Upon your request, the Solid Waste Management Department will send a staff member to offer a free estimate on the cost involved with the collection and disposal of your materials. The fee charged is based on the size of the load. Note: The City will only collect those items listed as acceptable for regular residential brush collection service.

Once your fee is paid, the City will collect these items within two working days. It's that easy!
