Out-of-Cycle Collections
If residents missed their scheduled brush or bulky-item collection or just
need an additional collection, residents can call 3-1-1 and schedule an
out-of-cycle collection. Several types of materials are accepted through this
program, including brush and bulky items. There is a fee assessed for this
service; the fee charged is based on the size of the load.
Upon requesting the service, the Solid Waste Management Department will send a staff member to offer a free estimate on the
cost involved with the collection and disposal of the materials.
Once the fee is paid, the City will collect items within two working days. It's that easy!
