Surviving Disaster: How Texans Prepare
The Federal Emergency
Management Agency (FEMA) is pleased to announce that the new
Catalog of FEMA Earthquake Resources is now available, at no cost, from
the Publications Warehouse and online from the FEMA Library.
The new Catalog of FEMA
Earthquake Resources, FEMA P-736A, includes more than 80 National Earthquake
Hazards Reduction Program (NEHRP) publications and resources for individuals
and homeowners, teachers and kids, community planners and policymakers, and
building design professionals and engineers. For the first time, the new
Catalog also includes a table of earthquake training resources. The table is
organized by topic area (new buildings, existing buildings, residential, and
special topics) and includes target audiences, format of the training
resource, and availability. Every resource listed in the Catalog includes a
short description, its cover image when available, and an icon indicating
its format.
