Ethics & Lobbyists Information

The Office of the City Clerk monitors the submittal of financial disclosure reports, lobbyists registration, and Conflict of Interest Forms as required by the City's Ethics Code. These filings are available for inspection and copying during normal business hours by submittal of an open records request.

FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE REPORTING

City officials & designated employees are required to file with the City Clerk a complete sworn Financial Disclosure Report (FDR) no later than thirty (30) days after accepting employment / appointment or assuming the duties of office, and annually thereafter.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST REPORTS

Effective January 1, 2006, members of a municipal governing body may be required to file Conflict of Interest forms under the provisions of House Bill 914. Submitted forms can be found in the tabbed table below.
