37th District Court Records, 1902-1967 (b. 1908-1916)

Records include criminal case files maintained by the 37th District Court of Bexar County from May, 1908 through October, 1916.

Assistant City Manager, Jelynne Burley, 2005-2008

Records document the tenure of Jelynne Burley as the Assistant City Manager of the City of San Antonio.

Arson Investigation Records, 1936-1972

Records of arson investigations conducted by the City of San Antonio Fire department, 1931-1972.
Beautify San Antonio Association Records, 1951-2004
Scrapbooks, administrative files, photographs, and an audio tape that document the activities of the Beautify San Antonio Association from its inception in 1951 through 2004.

City County Government Committee Records, 1967-2000 (b. 1991-1999)

The collection is composed of committee records between 1994 -1995. Records include correspondence, reports, consolidation case studies, financial records, legislative materials, numbered reference documents and audio and videotapes that document the activities of the committee.

City Manager’s Office, Louis Fox Records, 1965-1991

Records document the tenure of Louis Fox (1982 - 1990) as the City Manager of the City of San Antonio.

City Manager’s Office, Thomas Huebner Records, 1975-1986 (b. 1978-1981)

Records document the tenure of Thomas Huebner (1977-1982) as the City Manager of the City of San Antonio.

City of San Antonio v. Alamo Ironworks, et. al. Deposition Records, 1995-1996

The records document the deposition of the lawsuit, 1995-1996. The collection includes transcripts, videos and exhibits.
City Water Board Records, 1918-1995
This collection consists of various types of financial reports studies, subject files, and City Council files pertaining to the agency.

Finance Department Records, 1911-2004

The records consist of annual reports and ledgers maintained by the Finance Department (formerly known as the Finance Committee) from 1911 until 2000, though the bulk of the materials date from the 1930s through the 1990s. Among the records are annual reports, audit reports, bond ledgers, and grant reports.

Historic Preservation Officer Records, 1962-1994

The collection covers the Historic Preservation Officers records from the 1960’s into the 1990’s.

Historic and Design Review Commission Records 1970-2005

The collection covers Historic Design Review Committee minutes from 1978 – 2005, agendas from 1988 – 1992, meeting tapes from 1984 - 1989 and case files from 1970 – 2005.

New City Block Plat Map Books Collection, ca. 1920s-1990

The collection consists of 154 volumes of plat maps for the City of San Antonio covering the years 1920-1990.

Office of the City Clerk, Bonds and Contracts, 1849-1965

Records consist of contracts, bonds, construction specifications, blueprints, and photographs documenting municipal projects and improvements of the City of San Antonio.
Office of the City Clerk, City Council Audio Collection, 1957-2007
The collection includes recordings of weekly meetings of the San Antonio City Council between January 18, 1957 through December 13, 2007.

Office of the City Clerk, City Council Proceedings, 1849-2005

Collection includes correspondence, department reports, petitions, ordinances, resolutions, contracts, construction blueprints, maps, sketches, and photographs that document the activities of the City of San Antonio City Council.
Office of the City Clerk, Council Journal and Minutes of Commissioners Proceedings, 1837-1997
Records include bound volumes of the Council Journal, a logbook recording the activities and meetings of the City of San Antonio City Council. Journals include descriptions of petitions presented before the council, ordinances and resolutions passed by the council, and all other matters discussed during meetings.
Office of the City Clerk, Deeds, 1844-2000
Collection includes executed and unexecuted deeds of the city of San Antonio, predominately from the 1850s through the 1970s. 
Office of the City Clerk, Mayor's Proclamations, 1939-1951
Collection consists of proclamations issued by the mayors of San Antonio, beginning with Maury Maverick in 1939 continuing through the administration of Jack White in 1951.
Office of the City Clerk, Ordinance Books, 1850-2001
Collection includes bound volumes of municipal ordinances passed by the San Antonio City Council dating from 1850 through the present.
Office of the Mayor, A.C. White Records, 1940-1951
Records of A.C. “Jack” White include subject correspondence between 1949 and 1951 and assorted reports and newspaper clippings.
Office of the Mayor, Alfred Callaghan Records, 1934-1949
Records include subject correspondence files that document the the administration of Alfred Callaghan from 1947-1949
Office of the Mayor, Edward Garza Records, 1986-2005
Records include correspondence, photographs, maps, video and audio tapes that document the administration of Edward Garza as mayor of the City of San Antonio from 2001 through 2005.
Office of the Mayor, Gus Mauermann Records, 1942-1947
Collection includes correspondence, reports, newspaper clippings, and maps documenting Gus Mauermann's two terms as mayor of San Antonio.
Office of the Mayor, Henry Cisneros Records, 1970-1989 (bulk, 1981-1989)
Collection includes correspondence, financial records, memoranda, speeches, press releases, reports, subject files, slides, and photographs that document the administration of Mayor Henry Cisneros between 1981 and 1989.

Records document the administration of Howard Peak during his term as mayor of the city of San Antonio from 1997 to 2001.

Parks and Recreation Department Records, 1920-2006

The collection consists of photographs, slides and negatives depicting scenes of cultural events, parks, art, programs, disasters, sporting events, holidays, cemeteries, and governmental organizations.

Property Appraisal Survey Records, 1955-1964

Survey cards are arranged numerically by new city block number (N.C.B. A-1 through N.C.B. 2068)

Public Information Office Records – Videotape Collection, 1976 - 2007

The collection consists of video tapes covering city council meetings, city television programs and footage of events around the city from 1976 – 2007.

Public Works Department Records, 1916-1985

Records include correspondence, contracts, reports, memoranda, blueprints, architectural drawings, photographs, and slides that document the activities of the City of San Antonio's Public Works Department, chiefly the files of the Director of Public Works from the late 1940s through the 1980s.

San Antonio Bicentennial Committee Records, 1971-1977 (b. 1974-1976)

The collection provides an overview of Bicentennial activities in the city of San Antonio during 1975 and 1976. 
San Antonio Development Agency Records, 1956-2007
The San Antonio Development Agency Records consists of maps, architectural drawings, sketches, photographs, slides, and printed material documenting the activities of the agency primarily from the 1960s through the 1990s.
San Antonio Municipal Court Dockets, 1899-1986
Records include 520 bound dockets documenting cases that appeared before the San Antonio Municipal Court from 1899 through 1986.

San Antonio River Corridor Advisory Committee Records, 1974-1992

Collection consists of correspondence, reports and meeting files that document the activities of the San Antonio River Corridor Advisory Committee between 1974 and 1992.

San Antonio Riverwalk Advisory Commission Records, 1976 - 1990

The seven member Riverwalk Advisory Commission was created in 1962 to guide the development of the City of San Antonio's Riverwalk.
San Fernando de Bexar Municipal Records, 1770-1832

Collection includes municipal account books, ordinance books, and city council minute books from the Spanish and Mexican municipal governments of San Fernando de Bexar.
