The City of San Antonio's electronic campaign finance filing system
was implemented in April 2005.

Electronic Filing System (EFS) data is entered by candidates and
committees. The City of San Antonio does not amend information
to edit variations in spelling, punctuation, use of abbreviations or
inaccuracies.

REPORTS DESTRUCTION NOTICE

Campaign Finance Reports are destroyed in accordance with Texas State Library Retention Schedule.
Current regulations require local governments to retain these reports for 2 years after date of filing.
