The Education Partnership was recognized on February 11, 2010 when the City of San Antonio Council unanimously approved an ordinance awarding a contract to the Education Partnership to develop and manage a college resource center, now known as Cafe College. The Center will be a clearinghouse of college and financial aid information and resources for students, parents and individuals. The Center opened in September 2010.
