The Department of Community Initiatives (DCI) is implementing the Results Based Accountability (RBA) methodology in the management of delegate agency contracts for fiscal year 2009. In past contract (fiscal) years, performance measure changes have been initiated with an importance placed on “outcome measures”, which is part of the RBA methodology. However, it is important for our partners to have a better understanding of the RBA process and to make a greater commitment to the conversion to RBA and go from “Good to Great”.
