The Carver has long been involved in the education of our youth.  To date the Carver cooperates with 10 area schools in an effort to enhance the schools art program.  This cooperation is made through grants from the 21st Century After-School Program.

 

This is a cooperation between The Carver Development Board, Project Achieve , and Greater San Antonio After School All Stars.

 

A few of the institutions currently enrolled with the Carver include:

Carroll Academy

Gus Garcia Middle School

Cenizo Park Elementary

King Academy

Coronado Escobar Elementary Las Palmas Elementary
Miller Academy Wrenn Middle School
 
The Carver also offers affordable arts programs to the community through the Carver School for Visual and Performing Arts.

Classes include:

 
African Hand Drumming Praise Dance
Beginning Ballet Visual Arts ( Children )
Ceramics Visual Arts ( Adults )
Hip - Hop Dance
