The Provider Services section is responsible for providing information to qualified providers on CCS requirements. Provider Services also negotiate agreements, provide technical assistance, and conduct on site monitoring visits for the following CCDS Providers:
All CCS Providers must adhere to the policies and procedures set by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Workforce Solutions-Alamo (WSA) and CCDS. The following information is provided as a guideline for providers and does not exhaust all of the policies and procedures of the CCS Program:

Relative Providers may also qualify to provide child care to eligible CCS families. The following information lists the qualifications of an eligible Relative Provider:
