Human development is a cornerstone of personal and family well-being. Our coordinated initiatives afford adults and families comprehensive services that facilitate family economic success. Services that are offered throughout the City include youth development activities, recreation, language and financial literacy, higher education scholarships, adult education, demand occupation job training and comprehensive supports including childcare and intensive case management.
