Municipal Court Driver's License Violations Violations

If You:

Had a license at time of stop but not with you:

Your no driver's license ticket may be dismissed if you present proof of your driver's license and it was valid on the date and time you were stopped.

Your License was expired:

If you received a citation for no driver's license and meet the following terms, it is the judge's discretion to dismiss your case:

1. Renew within 20 business days of the date you received the citation or by your first court appearance date;
2. Provide proof with receipt to the court of renewal;
3. Pay an administrative dismissal fee of $20.00
