Administrative Parking Hearings

If you wish to contest a parking ticket, you must appear on or after the appearance date listed on the parking ticket at:

Municipal Court
401 South Frio Street, Rm., 154
San Antonio, Texas 78207

You must appear at the court office between 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

If you live outside San Antonio and wish to contest a parking ticket received in the City of San Antonio, send a letter with the ticket number and any evidence necessary to contest the ticket. The Administrative Hearing Officer will review your case and make a ruling.

If you are found liable, a fine will be assessed and should be paid immediately. When you are found not liable, the case will be dismissed.
