DEFENSIVE DRIVING REQUIREMENTS

Upon approval by the court for defensive driving, you will receive a list of requirements and your due date.  Do not complete any requirements until you have been approved by the court for defensive driving.
 
For proper ticket dismissal, you will be required to return three(3) items to the court on or before your due date:

• The court copy of the your defensive driving certificate of completion;

• A copy of your Texas Driving Record;

• A photocopy of proof of Texas Liability Insurance, either in your name or stating you are a policy member. 

YOUR REQUIREMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY YOUR SCHEDULED DUE DATE.  YOU MAY RETURN YOUR REQUIREMENTS IN PERSON OR MAIL THEM TO:
