A.
IH-35 South to Durango/Frio exit or IH35 North to Alamo Street exit, left

The date to appear is located on the front side at the bottom of the ticket.

Can I come in before the court date to take care of a ticket?
A.
You can come in early to take care of a ticket, provided the ticket has been
inputted into
the computer system. You may call 207-8970 to find out if your ticket is in the
computer system. If the ticket has not been inputted into the computer system, you
will need to wait until the court date.

Where can I take care of a parking ticket, or who can I speak with?
A.
A parking ticket may be paid through the mail, at the cashiers' windows in the Municipal
Court building, at a Community Link Center, or on-line. If you wish to speak to
someone regarding a parking ticket, you may do so at the Municipal Court building, Room
154, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

code compliance ticket?
A.
A code compliance ticket should be handled in courtroom No. 8 with the
assigned Judge who is handling all environmental cases in arraignment or trial status.

A.
A Code Compliance officer may be contacted at their office or by setting the case for
trial in order to subpoena the officer to court. The Code Compliance information
number is 207-7230.

A.
A trial date may not be changed over the phone. You must appear in person to change a
trial date.

How can I obtain information regarding someone who has been arrested or is in Bexar County
Jail?
A.
Information regarding someone who has been arrested can be obtained by calling the
Magistrate Office at 207-7532 or in person at the Magistrate Office located at the south
side of the Municipal Court building and speaking through the intercom system.

A.
The fine amounts are set by law and vary according to the violation. A
listing of traffic fine amounts may be viewed on the traffic

You may ask about a lost item at the information desk located in the front lobby of the
Municipal Court building or by asking a security officer.

A. A person with an active warrant may be arrested at anytime; however, the general practice
of the Court is not to arrest individuals who are coming to court to take care of their
tickets and warrants.
