The Frank D. Wing Municipal Court building is located at 401 S. Frio St., at the corner of  Frio and Durango, just west of I.H. 35 South.  

Effective November 3, 2003, a flat rate (no in/out) of $3.00 a day will be charged for parking in the Municipal Court public parking lot.
