Speeding for the first 10 miles over the speed limit is $166.00. Each additional mile is $5.

Speeding in a School Zone for the first 10 miles over the speed limit is $206.00. Each additional mile is $5.

Passing a stopped school bus is $642.

Other School Zone Violations (Excluding Speeding) are $206.

Operating a vehicle without Valid Liability Insurance is $277.

Seat Belt Violations are $147.00

Safety Seat and Child Seat Belt violations are $221.

Speeding in a construction zone for the first 10 miles over the speed limit is $235.00. Each additional mile is $10.

Speeding in a School Zone/Construction Zone for the first 10 miles over the speed limit is $290.00. Each additional mile is $10.

If a warrant or capias profine is issued , the following fees will be assessed.:

$50.00 Warrant or Capias Fee

$30.00 Denial of Driver's License fee if DPS must be notified of your past due traffic ticket.
