Drop-off Procedure for Taxis, Limos, and Disabled Persons:

There is a drop-off zone in Lot A on a direct path into the facility.

• Disabled patron(s) that have a valid license plate or hang tag properly displayed will be allowed into Lot A and directed to the disabled signed  parking spaces that are located on the “Northeast” side of the Alamodome Lot A.
• Vehicles entering Lot A that do not have proper identifiable disabled credentials, but want to drop-off patron(s) will be allowed into Lot A and directed to the designated drop-off/pick-up location and waiting area. They will be directed to park in Lot B or C after passenger drop-off.
  

All vehicles dropping off patrons will be issued a “drop-off/pick-up” pass that allows the vehicle to re-enter Lot A for patron(s) pick-up.

• The designated drop-off/pick-up location in Lot A is along the curb at the Northeast stairs/accessible marked ramps and next to the designated disabled parking area.
• There is no charge for dropping-off or picking-up in Lot A.
• Alamodome staff is not allowed to assist unloading/loading of passengers. All transfers from the vehicle will be the responsibility of the persons in the vehicle.

Directions to disabled parking in Lot A:

• IH-37 South: vehicle will take the Durango exit, turn left on Durango and veer right onto taxi/limo lane. Continue around curve to Lot A entrance.
• IH-37 North: vehicle will take the Durango exit, turn right on Durango and veer right onto taxi/limo lane. Continue around curve to Lot A entrance.
• From Lot B: vehicle will exit Lot B and turn right on Cherry St. and take a right on Florida and right onto IH-37 North, take the Durango exit, turn right on Durango and veer right onto the taxi/limo lane. Continue around curve to entrance to Lot A
• From Lot C: vehicle will exit Lot C and turn left on Cherry St., take a left on Commerce St. and left onto Alamo, turn left on Durango and veer right onto the taxi/limo lane. Continue around curve to entrance to Lot A.
