 Significant Changes to the International Plumbing,
Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes, 2012 Edition

Soares Grounding and Bonding
Based on the 2011 National Electrical Code


The San Antonio Building Codes Academy will host training sessions focusing on the significant changes of the newly adopted 2012 International Plumbing, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes and a course addressing Soares Grounding and Bonding.

Mr. Bob Schutz will present the Significant Changes to the International Plumbing, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes 2012 Edition seminar. This course is worth 6 hours of continuing education credit (0.6 CEUs).

Mr. Keith Lofland will present the Soares Grounding and Bonding, Based on the 2011 NEC seminar. This course is worth 4 hours of continuing education credit (0.4 CEUs) and can be used to renew your Texas State electrical license.

Each seminar will be held in Room 008, River Level, in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, 200 East Market Street, San Antonio TX 78205. The seminar schedule will be:

Registration fees are $160 for the Significant Changes course and $80 for Soares Grounding and Bonding. The deadline for a guaranteed reservation is Friday, February 3, 2012. We will accept registrations up to the day of each event on a space-available basis, however we cannot guarantee a workbook for same-day registrations.

Check-in for the 2012 Significant Changes session will begin at 7:30 am. Each session will begin promptly at 8:00 am and end at approximately 4:30 pm.

Check-in for the Soares Grounding and Bonding morning session will begin at 7:30 am, with the course beginning promptly at 8:00 am, and check-in for the afternoon session will begin at 12:30 pm with the course beginning promptly at 1:00 pm.

Requests for registration cancellation prior to 4:00 pm Friday, February 3, 2012, will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received after 4:00 pm Friday, February 3, 2012, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
