Board of Adjustment

Board of Adjustment The Board of Adjustment is an eleven member quasi-judicial body (having the authority similar to a court-of-law – able to provide remedies as authorized by Code). The Board is appointed by the City Council and each member serves for a length of two year staggered terms. In order for the Board to conduct any business, a quorum consisting of 75% must be present. There are six additional members appointed to serve on the Board as alternates. Staff makes every attempt to ensure that a full board is present at every meeting.

The Board of Adjustment meets on the first and third Monday of every month in the Board Room of the Cliff Morton Development and Business Services Center on 1901 South Alamo Street.

Below, you will find the necessary links to the Calendar of Meetings and to download Public Hearing Agendas and Minutes.

Should you have any questions, please contact our administrative staff to the Board of Adjustment, Sandra Gonzalez, at 210.207.0110.
