The Investigations Team of the Inspections Section (see organization chart) is comprised of four Senior Trade Inspectors (building, electrical, mechanical and plumbing) who investigate reported complaints of working without a permit, zoning violations, certificate of occupancy issues and citizen concerns. This team also assists the Fire Department, Police Department, Planning Department and Code Compliance Department with building code and unified development code compliance inspections.
