The Development Services Department is committed to protecting the health, safety and quality of life of the citizens of San Antonio, improving cycle times for permits, ensuring consistent and quality reviews and inspections, and enhancing our customer service philosophies to facilitate the development process. One of the key areas in our process improvement initiatives is our Secret Shopper Program. Our shoppers, members of the land development and building industry, share their experiences concerning our employees, processes and facilities.
